No. Your original pictures remain unaffected. For making the collage we simply scan the pictures and the original pictures are returned to you in the
exact same condition as they were given to us. If sending us hard-copies, it is recommended that you take adequate care while packing them so that they
are not damaged in transit due to handling. It may be helpful to also protect them from water by using a waterproof envelope or packaging them accordingly.
Also use a reliable courier agency. We take the same precautions while returning your precious memories.

Once ready, your collage can be door delivered to a local address provided by you. The charges for the same are borne by you and are only payable as per
actuals. In case of outstation deliveries (outside Pune) special packaging will be necessary which will attract a small additional cost. You may nominate the
courier agency of your choice. You also have the option of collecting the collage personally or having a representative collect it from our artshop at Baner, Pune.
Transit risk is to your account.

If you order a mounted collage it comes mounted on 6mm ply and there is no need to frame it as such. It even comes with wall-hanging hooks at the back so
that it can simply be mounted onto a wall like a painting (you will need to have screws / nails in the wall). You also have the choice of ordering an un-mounted
collage in the form of a roll. In this case it will be up to you to have it mounted locally at a place you choose. We take no responsibility for this.

Our collages are printed at a high-end facility and hence enjoy a long life. Collages made by us 15yrs ago still are in great shape bringing life to the walls in
a number of homes, with practically no signs of ageing. All our collages are also laminated, thus making them all the more durable.

We can also give you a copy of your collage on CD / DVD media. If this soft copy is well preserved, it is possible to modify the collage after a period of time.
Kindly note that although we do archive soft-copies of all collages at our end, we do not guarantee their availability at any point in time.

After the receipt of pictures the process usually takes about one week before the collage is ready for delivery. In exceptional situations, if the pictures provided do
not meet the basic requirements we may have to work on them extensively, or even request you to replace them with other pictures. Here there may be a delay on
account of communication and picture replacement.

There are no additional requirements from your end. We encourage our clients to completely leave the task of creative designing to our artists who are well trained
and have a track record of a very high level of client satisfaction.

Upon design completion, a miniaturized version of the collage is emailed to you in JPEG format at the email address provided for proof reading.
Kindly note that due to quality constraints in the JPEG format, the version sent to you for proof reading may be of significantly lower quality than the finished
product. Once approved by you, the collage is put into print. Once sent to you for proof reading, we expect a turnaround time of 24 hours from the client to ensure timely delivery, failing which we may go ahead with printing it without proof-reading at your end or delay the delivery with due cause.

That is purely dependant upon the size of collage you decide to go for. The final collage may have between 12 to 20 pictures based on size. However it is advisable
to send at least 1.5 to 2 times as many pictures to enable a proper selection of photographs.

Digital pictures are perfectly fine so long as they are of proper resolution. Pictures shot with a camera anywhere upwards of 8 megapixels should be ok. If you
aren't sure whether your pictures are of adequate resolution, email a sample to us and we'll tell you whether those files will do (A rough guideline is that the file
size of the JPG image should be around 4 MB or more. However this is not a rule that applies 100% of the times)
